What ayanamsa does ePandit use?
ePandit uses Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa for sidereal calculations. The engine sets Swiss Ephemeris sidereal mode to Lahiri before chart and panchang work. Different ayanamsas shift sidereal longitudes; we do not mix modes silently.
Why we state it on every computed page
Basis lines name ephemeris + ayanamsa + place + date so another engine can attempt verification. That is trust infrastructure, not an accuracy slogan.
