Refunds

Digital astrology reports and in-app purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery, except where required by law, by Google Play / payment-partner rules, or where we have stated otherwise in writing for a specific offer.

How to request a review

Email contact@epandit.in with your order reference, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. We review case by case. We will not use fear, fake urgency, or dark patterns around refunds.

Honest limitation

Because readings are computed digital goods, “change of mind” after delivery is usually not refundable. If a technical failure prevented delivery, say so clearly — that is the strongest refund case.
