Refund policy

Always refunded: any technical failure (money deducted but no report or balance, or the report not arriving within 24 hours) gets a full refund on request. Reports usually arrive on WhatsApp within minutes of payment.

If we made an error (wrong name, report made from the wrong details), we remake it free, or refund in full: your choice.

Within 24 hours of the order, if the same person's birth time or place needs correcting, we send one revised report free.

Not refunded: a change of mind after a report has been correctly delivered, because each report is made for you from your birth details. That's why every report comes with a free preview first.

AI astrologer balance: if money was deducted but the balance wasn't added, or anything else went wrong, write on WhatsApp. We reply within 48 hours and, after checking, add the balance or return the money to the original payment method.

Write "refund" on WhatsApp, or email contact@epandit.in, with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
