2. Who can use ePandit. · You must be 18 or over to order or open an account. · Matching and marriage reports are for people over 18. · You may give another adult's birth details only with their permission, and you are responsible for having it. A child's details only as their parent or guardian (Privacy §11).

3. What ePandit is, and isn't. · Charts, horoscopes, reports, AI-astrologer answers and remedies are guidance from the astrological tradition. · They do not promise any outcome. We make no accuracy-percentage claims and no claims to cure anything. · Your decisions are your own. We are not responsible for decisions about health, marriage, career, money or anything else that you make relying on a report or answer. For health, legal or money matters, consult a qualified professional.

ePandit is not an emergency service. In a crisis, call Tele-MANAS 14416 (24×7, free) or 112.

4. AI answers. · The AI astrologer's answers are written by AI from your chart's computed facts, and show their basis. · AI can make mistakes. Use your judgement, and tell us if something looks wrong; we will check it.

5. Your details. · Reports are made from the birth details you give. Giving correct details is your responsibility. · Corrections within 24 hours are free (see Refunds).

6. Prices and payment. · The full price is shown before you pay; no GST is charged (the company is not GST-registered). There are no hidden charges. · Payment goes through Razorpay.

What each purchase includes: · A report: the PDF, delivered on WhatsApp (usually within minutes); 3 free questions to the AI astrologer on WhatsApp; 30 free minutes in the ePandit app, to be claimed within 30 days. · The ₹100 upgrade: a Moon-sign report becomes the full report. · The ₹99 question pass: up to 20 questions on WhatsApp within 7 days. · Gift reports: made for the person whose details you give, with their or their guardian's permission.

Delivery (digital only, nothing shipped). Every ePandit report and pass is a digital product. Nothing physical is shipped. Reports are delivered as a PDF to your WhatsApp number (and in your ePandit account), usually within 5–15 minutes of payment, always within 24 hours. Passes and app minutes start at once.

7. Remedies (उपाय). · The remedy pages are information and suggestions, labelled with their source. · ePandit sells no remedies, gemstones or rituals. Any purchase elsewhere is your own choice, with that seller.

8. Fair use. · Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping, no abuse of other people, no false details given to harm someone. · We may stop a misused account after a warning, except in serious cases.

9. Complaints. Write to the grievance officer (Privacy §12). You get a ticket number within 48 hours, and a resolution within 30 days.

10. Our content. · The site's text, images and report designs belong to ePandit. · Your own reports are yours to keep and share.

11. Limit of liability. · To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. · Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

12. Changes. · We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the new date. Important changes are announced on the site.

13. Law. · Indian law applies. · Disputes go to the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, without limiting your right to approach a consumer commission.
