In WhatsApp, tap the file and choose "Open with" a PDF app, or download it from "My reports".
Entered wrong birth details?
Within 24 hours of the order, if the same person's birth time or place needs correcting, we send one revised report free. Send the correct details on WhatsApp.
Payment deducted but no confirmation?
Usually the money returns automatically; if the payment went through, the report is made by itself and shows in "My reports".
Why a different lagna elsewhere?
A different ayanamsa or a few minutes' difference in birth time can change it; we use the Lahiri ayanamsa.
Saved people on another phone?
Saved people live on this device; log in to the app to have your charts everywhere.
